Wellness Coaching

Your health and wellbeing are an integral part of who you are as a leader, and who you are capable of becoming. We are all unique and our developmental needs in relation to wellbeing are constantly evolving. The balance can be tipped by a change of job or location, increased responsibility, family pressures, aging, and a host of other factors.
Core takes wellness seriously, and has a close association with a number of different coaches and practitioners who have expertise in specific areas such as nutrition and gut health, mindfulness/meditation, body alignment, stress management and resilience. We would be happy to discuss your particular needs/interests and send you in the right direction.

Example Session Outline

Session 1: Health history – each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs, preferences and backgrounds. Understanding yours forms the starting point and direction for future sessions.

Session 2: Getting clear – uncover what you want to achieve from coaching and what your aspirations are in terms of moving your health and wellness forward.

Session 3: Nutrition intuition – use a powerful tool to identify patterns, symptoms, cause and effect on your health and wellbeing.  One person’s food is another person’s poison – this is one reason why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Tools to work out what’s right for you.

Session 4: Creating balance –  it is easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfilment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Discover areas that are effecting your wellness and prioritise steps to create balance.

Session 5: Creating your personal self-care plan – when times are tough and life gets difficult, it is easy to let self-care go by the wayside.  Develop a self-care plan to make life feel more manageable when things get out of control.

Session 6: Emotional Body Intelligence – emotions are felt and manifested in the body, not just the mind. Develop your self-awareness regarding your patterns, triggers and unconscious motivators and develop a plan to release the stress.

Session 7: Improve relationships (including the one you have with yourself) – reveal hidden stories and gain insights that can dramatically move your health and wellness forward.

Session 8: Deconstructing cravings – cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs, and they shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.

Session 9: Energise me – identify your energy leaks and build a plan to be the best ‘you’.

Session 10: Review your toolkit  – what’s working well for you, and what do you want more of in your life?

Optional topics, based on your needs may include:

Detox me – detox your body, your mind, your life to unblock your energy and move forward.
Declutter me – what is keeping you stuck? Learn how to declutter all aspects of your life so you can move forward with your health and wellness.
Coping with food intolerances – learn how to crowd out foods that aren’t serving you well with better choices to nourish and energise you.

Summary

  • Minimum 10 x 60  minute sessions
  • $2000 per package of 10
